Topic:
Associated "*.idx" files are not moved when "*.disp" file are moved to a different DSL

Description:
When 'Select all' is used in DataManager > Utilities > Move files, it does
highlight and move all files listed. However, three files are not listed 
and therefore are not moved.  These are: survey_disp_idx.dat,
survey_disp_idx.fpb, and survey_disp_idx.idx.

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Move the files at the UNIX level, then repatch the project.
           
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.0.
