Interpretation Export: Exporting interpretation to MFD file occasionally does not work.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    Occasionally, exporting interpretation to a MFD file 
	    does not work. 

Error received is:
Routine exp_work_proc failed.
Addtional information 
Memory allocation of 994 bytes failed.
           
The problem is intermittent and is due to memory not being deallocated when
exporting horizon data.  
  

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Check swap space when exporting interpretation. If swap space is 
            close to zero, exit IESX to release memory, then restart IESX.
           
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.0.
