Load Wells: Wells are not loaded correctly if the bottom locations are in lat/long.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    Wells are not loaded correctly if the bottom locations are in
	    lat/long. When well data is loaded from ASCII file, the bottom
	    location values are converted to lat/long even though values 
	    are in lat/long and lat/long is selected as well location.                    
  

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Provide top and bottom locations in X/Y and toggle the well 
	    location to X/Y or provide bottom location in X/Y and top 
	    location in Lat/Long and toggle the well location to lat/long. 
           
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.0.
