Only 100 extracted wavelets can be saved in a project

Description:
SYMPTOM:    Only one hundred generated wavelets can be saved in a project.
            This is a list box limitation not a data base limitation.
          
  

Solution:
WORKAROUND: None available.  
           
RESOLUTION: Increased the limits to 4200 for GeoFrame 3.0.
