Deleting a project does not delete the links to shared projects.

Description:
SYMPTOM: IESX_DataManager_Utilities: Deleting a project does not delete the 
         links to shared projects.  This may cause some problems:

         Users cannot move files in DataManager and the following message is
         returned:  "Can't move file --- it is shared by another project."

Solution:
WORKAROUND:  Users cannot enter interpretation project because of missing vvols
	     if a shared seismic project is deleted. Users can touch the missing
	     vvol files to be able to enter the interpretation project (may not
	     be a practical workaround if a large number of vvols are missing).
