Topic:
Project Upgrade fails in stage 4 if IESX project contains non-Oracle compliant password

Description:
SYMPTOM:  IESX_Project_Upgrade: If the IESX 10pX project has a non-Oracle 
compliant password (first character is not a letter), the IESX Project Upgrade
fails in stage 4,with the following error :

          PROJ-E-InvalidInput         Argument is Null or Incomplete: 
          First character of Password must be a letter 
          gf_status = -942407342
 
          **** GeoFrame Error : PROJ-ERROR-proj_InvalidInput
 
          **** Error creating GF3 database
 
          **** Project upgrade failed.

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Change the IESX 10pX project password in Session Manager >
            Administration > Configuration.  Type in the Administrator password.  
            Select Change project ownership/password.  Start the Upgrade 10pX 
            project utility again using the resume option to continue the
            upgrade process.
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.5.
