Topic:
Project Upgrade fails if number of samples on a well log exceeds 128,000.

Description:
SYMPTOM:  IESX_Project_Upgrade: Upgrading an IESX 10pX project to GeoFrame 3.0
          (IESX 11.0) fails if the number of samples on one of the well logs
          exceeds 128,000 samples. The user receives the
          following message without identifying the problem log:
                  
             Segmentation Fault
             **** Execution of subtask upgrade_10_to_11_a terminated abnormally.
             **** Project upgrade failed.         

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Check that the number of samples on all well
            logs is not more than 128,000.  
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.1.2
