Topic:
System crash when reverse polarity wavelet is created with less than 512 samples.

Description:
SYMPTOM:  IESX_Synthetics: The system crashes when users attempt to create a 
          reverse polarity wavelet with a length of less than 512 samples.
          Normal and reverse polarity for longer wavelets (more than 512
          samples) are generated correctly.

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Generate a normal polarity wavelet then edit it to reverse the
            polarity. This can be done in Mode > Wavelet > Edit.

            Choose the wavelet from the list of available wavelets and toggle 
            the 'Polarity' to 'reverse'. Type in a new name and click MB1 on the
            create button.
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.5.
