Description:
SYMPTOM:    IESX_Synthetics: Synthetics scaled plot fails if trace annotations 
            are set to none. The following error message is returned:

                        LOG_TRACK_E_DISPLAY_FAILED
                        Additional Information
                        Render RC track failed.
                        Render track and grid failed.
                        Render DVT track annotation failed.
                        LOG_TRACK_E_DISPLAY_FAILED.

Solution:
WORKAROUND: None available.
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.5.
