Preview plot-workarea displays with same time range used for preview

Description:
SYMPTOM:    IESX_Synthetics: After previewing a plot, the workarea is displayed
            with the same time range as that used for preview.
            If the input time range for previewing a plot is 200-800 ms, the
            re-display of synthetic window afterwards shows only the range 
            200-800 ms. 

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Reset display window to the desired time range or exit Synthetics
            and re-enter.
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.5.
