Interpretation Delete: Interpretation is not posted on a flattened volume.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    IESX_DataManager_Interpretation: Interpretation is not posted on a
            flattened volume after deleting attributes for the horizon used for
            flattening. 

Solution:
WORKAROUND: None available. 
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.5 where deletion of time shifted
            attributes (for flattened volumes) will not be allowed.
