SYMPTOM:   Unable to create new basemaps with Argentina projection code=ARGENK6.
           Recieve the following error:  Bad projection code.


Solution:
WORKAROUND: None available.  
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.1.1.
