OPT_GET_INIT FAILED  applying mistie corrections to interpretation.

Description:
SYMPTOM:  Applying mistie corrections to interpretation received the following
          error:

          Function opt_get_init failed
          Option list full
          Status = DB_E_NTRP_OPTLIST_ERROR

Solution:
Error occurs when there are more than 32 contacts on a horizon that is being
shifted in the APPLY stage.  

WORKAROUND:  Run Mistie Analysis on small number of horizons at a time such
             that the total number of contacts does not exceed 32.

RESOLUTION:  Fixed for GeoFrame 3.0.
