Seismic displayed with a large number of horizons posts slower than IESX 10.X

Description:
SYMPTOM:    IESX_Seis2DV/Seis3DV: Displaying seismic lines with interpretation
            with a large number of horizons posted is slower than standalone
            IESX 10.X.                                        

Solution:
WORKAROUND: None available. 
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.1.1 where the interpretation rendering is
            improved by reducing the amount of color conversion that is taking
            place.
