Description:
SYMPTOM:    IESX_Seis2DV/Seis3DV: Sometimes incorrect trajectory is used to 
            post boreholes when distance constraint is used. This happens when
            the algorithm encounters problems in determining which side of a
            section a bore segment is on.

Solution:
WORKAROUND: None available. 
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.1.
