Changes made in fault marker in WellPix not reflected in Seis3DV/2DV.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    IESX_Seis2DV/Seis3DV: Changes made in fault marker in WellPix  
            (depth and TWT) are reflected in the Marker Manager but not shown in
            the seismic task.


Solution:
WORKAROUND: Re-display the seismic screen to get the marker to post correctly. 
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.5.
