Path select callback failed.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    IESX_Seis2DV/Seis3DV: The following error is returned when the user
            selects "None" and presses OK on the 2D line selection box:

                 "Path select callback failed.
                  Rebuild path list failed.
                  Attempt to allocate zero length buffer"

            After dismissing this message and re-entering, all the 2D lines
            will be selected.       

Solution:
WORKAROUND: None available. 
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.5.
