Topic:
Load 2D Locations: Unable to load navigation data into GeoFrame which succesfully loaded in IESX 10.x.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    IESX_DataManager_Seismic: Under certain conditions, navigation 
            data loaded in IESX 10.x cannot be loaded in GeoFrame 3.x.  This
            occurs when the navigation data extends past the start and end of
            seismic traces with a different shotpoint increment. When this type
            of navigation data is loaded, it corrupts the tables in DataManager
            > Renumber 2D and results in blank shotpoint information. 
                                                                       

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Re-enter the information manually in DataManager > Renumber 2D.
            Delete the naviation in '2d line locations' and edit
            the navigation file to seismic SP range and reload. If the
            project contains a large number of lines with this problem, then 
            restoring from a backup would be more efficient.
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.1.2.
