Topic:
Transfer of data between IESX and CPS-3 is slow.

Description:
Transfer of data between IESX and CPS-3 is slow when accessed from 
IESX Session Manager > Surface Modeling > CPS-3 Link.

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Launch the CPS-3 Link module in stand-alone mode.
 
            1.) Exit IESX and CPS-3 projects.

            2.) Open an IESX Xterm.

            3.) cd to the CPS-3 project directory.

            4.) Type:
                > source /home/gqs/setup_ies

            5.) Optionally type:
                > setenv CPSDM_LOG on
                  to obtain status information as the data transfer progresses
 
            6.) Type:
                > $IESXPROG/cpsdm
                  (This opens the CPS Data Manager.)

            7.) Enter the IESX project name and password and proceed 
                with the transfer of data.
          

RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.0
