Topic:
Cannot delete data area with option #3 in GeoFrame 3.X IESX_Util.

Description:
Option #3 in IESX_Util can be used to delete Data Area.
However, this option does not work for GeoFrame 3.X projects upgraded from IESX
10.1 or 10.2 if the name and password of the GeoFrame 3.X are different.     

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Make sure that the GeoFrame 3.X project name and password are the
            same. To change a project password, open up a GeoFrame xterm from
            Geonet and type in:

proj_changepasswd projectname newpassword oldpassword

RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.5.
