IESX_Util/Option #38 not working.

Description:
Project contains a 2D line which has longer trace data than navigation data.
Option #38 is not extrapolating navigation to end of line.  Doesn't do anything.

Solution:
WORKAROUND:  Option #38 will not work if it can't extend to both ends of the 
             seismic line.  Take off navigation points (one is sufficient, from
             either or both ends) and try option #38 again. 
 
SOLUTION:    Bug in IESX 10.1.   Fixed in GeoFrame 3.1.
