Topic:
Load 2D locations: Changing projection or units in Load 2D locations doesn't work.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    When loading 2D navigation data from a different projection and/or
            units system, the loading program won't recognize the change the
            user made in projection and/or units inside the Load 2D locations
            window.

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Set the project storage projection and display units to that of
            the incoming data in Project Manager > Edit before loading; then
            change them back after the loading is done.

RESOLUTION: Fixed in GeoFrame3.5.
