Map/3D Survey Origin: INLINE/CDP spacing reports the same for feet and meters.

Description:
SYMPTOM:  IESX_DataManager_Locations: The calculation of in-line/CDP spacing in
survey origin/apply uses incorrect units conversion and reports the same value
for feet and meters, although this does not affect the integrity of the project.
         

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Refer to the correct in-line and cross-line spacing in DataManager >
Report.
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.5.
