Duplicate names appear on the 10px project list after upgrade.

Description:
SYMPTOM:  IESX_Project_Upgrade: When upgrading a IESX 10px project to GeoFrame,
duplicate names will appear on the 10px project list if an existing 10px project
name is used to RENAME the GeoFrame project.    
                         

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Do not rename the upgraded GeoFrame project to a name that exists on
            the system at the time of upgrade.    
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.5.
