Topic:
Error: MT_E_XLN_GET_NUMERIC_FAILED.  Could not get xref from xtn update.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    Basemap: The user receives repeated error message then the system 
            hangs when the paintbrush picking mode is selected for ASAP without 
            selecting a valid 3D survey that has the horizon to be picked. The 
            following error message is returned:

                    mt_e_xln_get_numeric_failed
                    could not get xref from xtn update      
                               

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Make sure to select a 3D survey that contains the horizon to be 
            picked before starting ASAP.
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.5.
