Snapping a horizon on null traces causes the horizon to be bulk shifted down.
Description:
SYMPTOM: IESX_Seis2DV/Seis3DV: Snapping a horizon, using either the break option or areal snap operation, on null (dead) traces causes the horizon to be bulk shifted down by an amount equal to the length of the snap window.
Solution:
WORKAROUND: Do not snap horizons on dead traces. RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.5.
