Time slices are not displayed using the aspect ratio between in-line and cross-line spacing. 

Description:
SYMPTOM:    Time slices are not displayed using the aspect ratio between the
            in-line and the cross-line spacing.              
                

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Adjust the scale parameters until you achieve a reasonable aspect
            ratio.   
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.5 where the aspect ratio is supported for
            displaying time slices.
