Description:
SYMPTOM:  The conversion from Lat/Long to X/Y and vice versa in projects using projections that require a scale factor (Mercator type projections) is incorrect.


Solution:
WORKAROUND: None available.  
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.1.3.
