Utilities #72 and #73 sometimes fail to start

Description:
Utilities #72 and #73 sometimes fail to start, a user is given
a message: "Please hit return to continue" without being given 
a list of further options. After hitting return a user is 
returned to the main list of utilities.

Solution:
These utilities will not work if the project description is
too long and occupies the whole line as visible under "project update".
It is necessary to make that description at least one character
shorter than that line allows to do, 62 characters is the limit.
After this utilities #72 and #73 will work fine.
