Topic:
Trace decimation incorrect on seismic display when start trace is an even number.

Description:
SYMPTOM:  When the start trace is defined as an even number through Display >
          Seismic line and Trace decimation is set equal to 2 through Define >
          Scale, the display skips to the next odd number.

	  Example: Start trace = 10, Trace decimation = 2
	  The seismic display begins at trace 11.

Solution:
WORKAROUND:  None available.

RESOLUTION:  Fixed in GeoFrame 3.5.
