Topic:
Problems with deviation surveys loaded in time and set to preferred.

Description:
Stand-alone IESX allows deviation surveys to be loaded in time and be set as 
preferred.  This type of deviation survey is not recognized by GeoFrame and
causes problems to other GeoFrame applications when it is set to preferred.        

Solution:
Workaround:  None available.

Resolution:  Corrected for GeoFrame 3.1.4

Boreholes display on basemap and Seis2DV/3DV in GeoFrame 3.7.12.

GeoViz still has problems displaying boreholes with deviation
surveys with time index.
	Unable to fully process socket data.
	Unable to answer request from GeoViz.
	Unable to answer request for well path information.
	Borehole data load failed.
	Bad values in units_t.
