Line ties of slave project are different than those of the master project.

Description:
Shared projects do not have the line tolerance of the master project. This
causes line ties in the slave project to be different than those of the master
project.

This problem only occurs if you had a 10.2 project upgraded to GeoFrame 3.x and
used iesx_util (10.2) and changed the line tolerance from the default of .5 to a
smaller number to correct line-ties for a 2d survey. 

Solution:
WORKAROUND: None available.  
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.5. There will be the same option that was
added in IESX_UTIL 10.2 for changing the line tolerance in GeoFrame 3.5
IESX_UTIL. Also, there will be an added option in the 'Edit 2D locations...' to
change the line tolerance.
