IESX-CPS Link fails on Culture Data in New Zealand Map Grid projection.

Description:
Displays the following error message:
   cpsdm_gv_input_cb() failed
   cpsdm_gf_handle_query() failed
   cpsdm_comm_map() failed
   cpsdm_map_read_layer() failed
   Routine BUILD_TABLE failed.

Solution:
WORKAROUND: None.

            This only occurs when the project projection is set to New
            Zealand National Grid.

RESOLUTION: Corrected in GeoFrame 3.1.1
