Differences in synthetics name lengths from IESX 10px to GeoFrame

Solution:
In stand-alone IESX (10pX), synthetics are saved as seismic classes and their 
names can be up to 20 characters long.  However, in GeoFrame, synthetics are 
treated as logs and their names are limited to 16 characters.  The name of saved 
synthetics in IESX 10pX is truncated to 16 characters when the project is 
upgraded to GeoFrame.
