Topic:
Borehole posting is wrong on seismic with negative TFS.

Description:
Post boreholes on the seismic and you get EVERY borehole being posted no matter
how far it is from the line and some of the boreholes are in the WRONG spot all
together.

Solution:
Input a negative number (negative TFS) for minimum time range in Selection
criteria in Borehole appearance/Vertical.  
          
Corrected for GeoFrame 3.1.4.
