Topic:
Transferring time grid information to 2D lines fails if there is no navigation. DB_E_MAP_LCS_TO_WORLD_FAILED.

Description:
IESX_DataManager>Interpretation>Surface
Transferring Surface grid information (time) to 2D lines as Horizon attribute
fails if there is no navigation data for a given grid location. This happens for
most 2D lines when they do not have locations at the taper end of the lines. 

The following error is returned:

                "pm_surface_transfer dialog build failed",
                 Additional information:
                "Error no coordinate conversion performed. 
                 Status: DB_E_MAP_LCS_TO_WORLD_FAILED
                 Status: DB_E_MAP_LINEAR_LCS_FAILED
                 Status: DB_E_MAP_LCS_OUT_OF_RANGE".

Solution:
WORKAROUND: If the transfer is done for a few selected lines, you can perform
this operation on a line by line basis and specify the range of data where
navigation information is available, OR the user may extrapolate the navigation
data by using option 38 in IESX_Util. 
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.5.
