Load Well Info fails to load all wells into the correct field.

Description:
A correctly formatted file has been created and loaded into GeoFrame through
IESX > DataManager > Load Well Info. 

The file contains a field name for each well.  All wells are loaded into
GeoFrame but the majority of the wells are dumped into a field called
IESX_FIELD.  All of the fields contained in the file are created but they each
only contain one well.

Solution:
This bug exists for GeoFrame 3.0/3.1.  This is caused by problems while
searching for previously created fields names. 

IESX only loads the well into its specified fields when the field is first
created.  When the second well of that field is loaded, it will be dumped into
the IESX_FIELD.

This is fixed for GeoFrame 3.5.
