Topic:
Map annotation cross marks are shifted relative to XY annotations on map border 

Description:
If 'cross marks' are selected for XY major tick style in Basemap > Define > Map
Appearance > Grid Annotation, the position of the cross mark is not displayed in
the correct position relative to the major XY tick on the map border.        

Solution:
This is fixed in GeoFrame 3.0.  

Use 'solid lines' or 'on map border' for the XY major tick style.
