Topic:
Min/Max color spectrum does not update color bar

Description:
SYMPTOM:    Basemap: When the user enters new Min/Max values to change the
            range of the color spectrum, clicking the Apply or OK button
            does not update the color bar.        

Solution:
WOKAROUND: Click the Apply button twice to see the color spectrum change to the
           user defined values, or click Apply before OK.
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.5.
