Topic:
Newly created marker does not display in Marker list.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    Basemap: If a newly created marker is associated to a seismic 
            (only) surface (not tagged as both geologic and seismic), 
            it does not show on the list of markers in basemap.         

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Turn on the geologic toggle in Surface Manager >  Horizon Attribute
            Editor for that surface or exit basemap then re-enter to update the
            marker list. 
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.5.
