Topic:
Selecting a map in File > New option hangs IESX.

Description:
In File > Open New Map, when you click on an existing map (different from the
one displayed) in the list, IESX will hang.

NOTE:  This only occurs with Maps in UTM projection.

The problem is related to a problem when a map other than the current map is
selected and the extent information is not yet available - i.e. border around
all data. For utm projections this results in an infinite loop. 

Solution:
The workaround for now is that to be able to view/select a map in File > New
Create map dialog box, this map MUST be the current map if the projection is a
UTM projection. Hence, first open the map of interest via File > Open, then it
can be modified without a problem in File > New. 

The problem has been corrected for GeoFrame 3.5.
