Additional information:
memory allocation (some number) failed

You will receive the error in Mode > Horizon Operations > interpolation and
erase mode after some time in the operation.

Solution:
The Interpolation/erase interpretation mode has a memory leak so that in time,
it will start to error. The swap on the machine will be at 100%.

Workaround:
1) Exit out of IESX to free up swap.
2) Increase swap on machine.
3) Commit to DB often during horizon interpolation/erase.
