Topic:
Horizon/Attribute names of displayed horizon will not display in readout box.

Description:
Horizon name and attribute name of displayed horizon will not show up in 
the readout box on Basemap if the horizon has been selected by ITC'ing from Seis3DV/2DV.  The name/attribute read-out box will only display a slash ("/")
for the horizon sent over from the Seis%DV if the horizon is not the one initially posted on the Basemap.

Solution:
WORKAROUND: re-post the horizon attribute via Post/Interpretation.

RESOLUTION: Fixed for GeoFrame 4.0.
