PROBLEM: Display of 2D/3D seismic, with line ties posted, is extremely slow.
         The performance degradation is directly proportional to the number
         of line ties posted.

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Turn line ties off.

RESOLUTION: Fixed for GeoFrame 3.6
