Topic:
Receive "Could not find gf to inventory map" when selecting create new surface.

Description:
The Create New Surface option can not be used to save grids generated from
multiple horizons.  You must save the grid to an existing surface.

Solution:
1.) Save the grid to one of the existing surfaces, or;

2.) Create a new horizon and copy in a bit of data from one of the gridded
    horizons.  Use this new horizon as an input horizon for gridding.


RESOLUTION: Fixed in GeoFrame 3.8.
