Surface transfer from horizon to grid aborts IESX.

Description:
In geoframe log window, reports a segv error when IESX aborts using surface
transfer from horizon to grid.

Solution:
Bug in GeoFrame 3.5 and 3.6 where the GeoFrame project projection and units for
display and storage are different causing surface transfer to fail in some
cases, especially if one storage is set to feet and the other set to meters.
If surface transfer still fails, check survey projection and basemap
projections, make sure they match project projection, then try again.

Fixed in GeoFrame 3.7.
