Topic:
2d navigation data will not load if SP numbering is opposite of CDP data.

Description:
2D navigation data will not load when the seismic data SP is decrementing and
the navigation is incrementing. 
             

Solution:
Force the seismic data and navigation data to either both be incrementing or
both be decrementing.

Work Around:
Load the shotpoints' with the similar increment direction 
(both incrementing or both decrementing)
Then under iesx_datamanager => renumber 2D change the Shot Point numbering
increment.
