Fault marker in a borehole won't post if only the active fault is turned on.

Description:
When posting a fault marker in a borehole in Seis2DV/3DV, the fault to which the
marker is associated must be turned on under Post-Interpretation. However, the
marker still will not post if the only fault selected for display is the active
fault. 

Solution:
You must select at least one other fault to display even if there is no marker
associated with that fault.
