Topic:
"Please hit return to continue" using  IESX_Utilities 72 and 73.

Description:
Open IESX_UTILITIES>run Utility 1 and it connects to the project>choose Utility
72 or 73 and you are returned to the list with "please hit return to continue".
Other utilities will run ok, but not 72 and 73.        

Solution:
These Utilities will not run if the project description is too long (62
character limit).  To edit the project description in GeoFrame:

1. Project Manager>edit.

2. In the the "Edit Project Parameters" window, either delete the description,
or edit it to less than 62 characters. 

3. Utilities 72 and 73 should run normally now.
