Negative amplitudes are clipped when plotting out VA display.

Description:
When plotting out VA displays from Seis2/3DV any large negative amplitudes are
clipped at the adjacent trace. 

Solution:
SYNOPSIS:  	When plotting lines that have dead traces at the start of the
		line VA displays will have the negative amplitudes clipped.

WORKAROUND:	Plot lines to start at live traces only.
